What should I wear with these Ed Hardy slip on sneakers?

Those are super cute! I love Ed Hardy. You can really wear them with anything. Try dark jeans, either skinny or very slim boot-cut. As far as a top foes, try something dark grey, or anything similar :) You could even wear them with black yoga pants.
