Is the narcissistic leader on a computerization project duplicitous, leech-like, slimy ?

I find nerds to typically fit that amalgamated description. It's a superiority complex because they find something they're good at, better than most, and they cling to it like an umbrella in a storm. ... sadly, it poetically leaves them out in the rain socially. Nerds like to play games and don't make the most friends due to lack of trust from ridicule. As people can be manipulated, the game idea continues, leeching. Also, they're kinda greasy, so slimy is accurate. I feel for them.
