Soaps how unrealistuc they are?

Well, I read some history on the one I watch (DOOL) and saw there there have been aliens, flying saucers, time machines, some kind of goo that changed people, demon possession, dead people back to life and some virtual kind of junk so I'd say they aren't too realistic.
