Gta san andreas xbox360 problem?

I downloaded Gta San Andreas off the xbl marketplace and eventually got bored and deleted it, but now after re-downloading it after like 2 minutes of play it says "the disc you are using may be damaged or unclean" and seeing as its a download and there is no disc im guessing the download is corrupt. Should i just spend another 3 hours downloading it or is there another solution?
