Why do ppl keep picking on Michael Jackson, and not say a word about Roman Polanski? Is it to do with Racism?

It has nothing to do with the crime, it has everything to do with the person. Michael was an easy target because everyone knew him, he was a mega star. He was so big that people knew Michael before they knew the Pope or the President of the United States. So because everyone knew him, he was a bigger target. I honestly have heard of Roman Polanski, but that's about it, I really have no idea who he is and I think that's what most people would say.
