What anime should I watch?

I've finished most of the anime that I have been watching and now I'm on the hunt again. I'm looking for something imaginative, unrealistic, relaxing, and/or mystical but also something that you need to use your mind to yze while watching, not just watch for the sake of it; something similar to xxxHolic, Juuni Kokuki, Cardcaptor Sakura, Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, Natsume Yuujincho, Kiba, Ah! My Goddess, Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist, FMA: Brotherhood, etc.
