What do I want to be when I grow up?

I have a degree in aerospace engineering and I design missiles for a living, but I hate it. I'm 23 years old. I'd rather help people than hurt them. I used to want to be an astronaut or a vet, now I have no idea. I'm thinking of getting my MBA, but only because I can't think of anything better to do. I have lots of interests, but nothing I could make a career out of. When I was a kid I pictured myself as a theoretical physicist, but that's unlikely now. If I could be anything, I would be a musician (I play guitar), but I have no talent. The first thing I remember wanting to be was an artist, but I can't draw. I graduated at the top of my cl, but I have no idea what I want to do in life. Somebody give me some ideas, please.
