Was that my period or what?

I found out i was pregnant about 4 days ago with my second child. My last period was March 26th. My last period before that was February 17th. Between february and march my period was only 5 days and i was 10 days late on the 26th. That period was only 3-4 days long. I've been nausous for about 2 months all the time. I had a feeling i was pregnant and now that i am, im wondering how far along i woul dbe. I go to the doctor in 2 weeks but its bothering me. i dont know if i have been pregnant since february or not. please help.
