Time travel...does the traveller move or does the time move?

First, I love this question. hmm... Let me think about this. Time is not a tangible object and therefore cannot move. The traveler must move (which makes sense based on the definition of traveler). But that's just semantics. Now to answer the question metaphorically: I think time moves while the traveler stands still, which could be very dangerous to the traveler's health. Moving the traveler through their path in time, would not really be time travel but more like a fast forward on on life.
