My have been sore and hard for a couple weeks now..could it be signs of pregnacy?

About a week before I got my period my became really sensitive to touch. I thought i was pregnant but i got my period(which was a week late by the way) it only lasted from Mon morn to about the middle of thurs.(my periods last about a week) when I got it the first day was heavy then just spotty then stopped all a sudden. I didn't think anything of it. But its been about a week and a half since the end of my period and my hurt really bad (touching them or not touching them they hurt) and my nipple gets really hard. I took a pregnacy test just in case but it came up neg, and I got my period so I can't be pregnant right? Has anyone any advice, or has this happen to you? I would really like to know b/c i don't have a primary doc to go to and the clinic in my town won't see you unless you've taken a home test thats come up positive
