MY EX HUSBAND changed my email account?

I am a computer illiterate stay at home Mom of fifteen years.My soon to be ex decided to change the pword on our e mail account in order to keep me from reading the emails he was receiving from his home wreaking girlfriend(EVA ESSENBERG). When I discovered what he had done he generously set up my own personal account.I even got to choose my own pword, now 5 months into divorce proceedings I have started using my account for things like finding my first job in13 years,applying for food istance to help feed myself and our 3 children,these kind of get up on my feet things. Today he has locked me out and changed the pword. IS there ANY LEGAL ACTION I CAN TAKE? Please somebody help me .
