How much is the fine for red light cameras in la county? ?

i was making a right turn and was in the right lane and the light was stop and when i slowed down and stopped and was about to make a right the camera flashed. i don't really know why it flashed but the only thing i could think of was that because i stopped over the pedestrian line.
