Where is a good place to go running in the Murray Hill neighborhood in Manhattan?

I just moved from 53rd and 8th, so I just always used to run in central park. I'm looking for a run of about 5 miles that avoids pedestrians as much as possible. I now live at 33rd street and Lexington Ave. Any good areas to go jogging around there?
