High blood preasure flutters in the chest blury vison please help need some adivce?

hi all day i seem to be takin back air like the way u smoke a cig some times it feels i cant get no air its like ihave no control of my breathing i used to breath really wel as i was wel into my fitness ever since i went out with friends one night i had a few to many an i think my drink got spiked next day i felt really weird couldnt get out of bed with out feelin i was goin to p out ever since i havent been rite ive seen 3 doctors had 3 ecgs done also a blood test come back normal i keep have fluttering in my chest that hurts after a bitone doc said it is muscle spazams but i feel its my heart i don my pulse dont flutter the same pulse is normal ive also noticed my vison has gone funny ive i ave been really stressed out about the way i feeel an not bein able to breath is torture ive thought every think collapsed lung heart faliure heart attack can someone tel me how to contol my breathing if i could breath id be ok i rekon this is whats causin the high blood its stressin im20yrsold
